Intro: To return to a topic such as this…This is the continuation of this small short story I’ve written. One of
the most difficult pieces of writing. So conflicted myself on why I could express these things.

Previous Chapters:

Chapter I – https://silentscholar.com/2016/03/15/once-upon-a-time-chapter-i/

Chapter II – https://silentscholar.com/2016/03/22/chapter-ii-a-sisters-faith/

Chapter III – https://silentscholar.com/2016/03/28/chapter-iii-confliction/

They take her to this place where she’s forced to undress…
Powerless…The stress and shame of being unclothed by these menacing males pales in comparison to the pain she
would suffer soon…
The fumes of opiates numbs her nodes…
And just as they chose who would go first…
A burst of laughter comes from a corridor…
Don’t start yet!
We must break her!
She has been unfaithful!
Just has she heard that she fell to her knees…
Much like a baby comes into this world…
She feels so helpless…
But denies the “crime” outright…
“I refuse to admit to this crime!”
For a moment in time her faith is renewed…
She reminds them of the Oath…
The one a believer must recite…
A light shines onto her eyes as she recites the oath…
But midway as she spoke, one draws a blade and rests it on her throat…
She refuses to stop speaking this truth…And so begins the abuse…

She is beaten while bare naked…
Each beast beats her severely…
Battered and bruised…Old scabs from the past beatings rip open and she lays bleeding…
Seething from the pain…
Yet she’s still breathing…
An amazing sight indeed…
The faith of this woman is laid out for all these beasts to see…
Would they heed?
Would they see that what they’re doing is sinful?
No…
